Strong for life membership
- Strong for Life Monthly subscription was created to help the busy woman make strength training a part of her life. As we age we lose muscle, this program will help you maintain the muscle you need to support successful aging. There are no crazy routines and it was created with your hectic schedule in mind so that you can stay strong and have more energy as you age.
- No burpees or sit-ups, just functional movements to help you move better so that you can do the things you enjoy in life. It requires no equipment although if you have eights you should use them or find things around the house to use as substitutes (think water bottles and a backpack filled with books).
- The program includes a PDF of the exercises along with a video exercise library so you know how to perform the movements to get the most from the workout and avoid injury.
- There are 2 full body days that are 30 mins or can be broken down to 4 15 min workouts by splitting the workout in half. There is also a 15 min express workout that does not use any equipment at all. The recommendation is to complete the full body days on Mon/Fri and the 15 min workout on Weds. You of course can change this to T/Th/Sat to better fit your schedule.
- There will be a community Zoom call the 2nd Thursday of the month to review how things are going along with a short educational prevention on a healthy habit of the month.
