“Before starting Spring into Shape program, I was not doing much activity other than walking. I always felt the need to start things at 200% and would feel sore or terrible, or not able to complete the workout and would quit. Jen guides you through the exercise at a great pace and gives you modifications if needed. The strength and core workouts are a great way to start my day and leave me feeling strong and empowered, not sore and discourage. I have been building my strength and look forward to continuing my fitness journey and making my health and wellness a priority.”
